    Perhaps you have a issue of the front camera

    I think so. I will ask for a replacement in GearBest, I understand that it is the next solution.

    I refreshed my BIOS yesterday, but all the problems persist. The frontal camera problem, microSD card reading problem and WiFi connection problem. I definitely think my Chuwi has manufacturing (hardware) defects.

    I followed this link to fix the camera: http://forum.chuwi.com/thread-167-1-1.html, but I used this other link (http://forum.chuwi.com/thread-1160-1-1.html) to flash the BIOS since I have the Dualboot HI12.

    I’m pretty sure that I did the BIOS refreshing successfully. What is the current version?

    What Can I do now?

    Thanks for your advice. I read your email too, because I submitted a ticket in the official web of Chuwi (http://en.chuwi.com/support/ticket.html).

    I have dual boot chuwi hi12

    I tried to update it, but the problem persists in Windows. On Android the front camera it does not work, neither.

    In addition, the WiFi connection is non-stable. It stops suddenly a lot of times and it works slow. Moreover, I have a lot of problems reading my micro SD card, it works sometimes but it does not work usually.

    What Can I do?
