  • Could you please give us the link to where you bought it?

  • I dont think it’s fully possible to 100 % disable Windows update?

How would you turn off Windows update 100 % – especially in Windows 10 – non pro version?

I have tried so many times and everytime, Microsoft somehow managed to force a auto update on my tablet, so annoying.

  • You guys really buying it  – just in order to try it out if it works or not? 😛

That’s really expensive business  – just for a tablet like this!

Talking about dedication! Oh well, I’m glad at least Hi12 had a proper power supply source that can be powered by any power banks out there, no matter where you buy it from.

  • It’s gonna be difficult I think since you will probably need to install both Windows and Android at the same time but that is only if it works at all. I think chuwi official website did release some files to do this.

Many people are doing mistake to remove Android out of this dual BOOT just because it takes 10 GB of storage. I don’t think it’s…[Read more]

  • Ohh the infamous “sleeping mode” syndrome from Chuwi ?

If it’s true, this problem existed in Hi12 as well.

  • I think the person you were talking about was me 😛 I wrote about Vivaldi in the review thread from what I remembered. And yes, I still think that Vivaldi is a good web browser compared to many other web browsers.

But I recently found out about a new web browser which is even 3 times faster (!) than Vivaldi and takes the least RAM, least CPU…[Read more]

  • Sorry to ask  but why did you edit your post? You gave us the solution before from what I saw last time – with Chuwi hi10 forum, could you please link it again?

You chose option 3 you said. I forgot to bookmark that one so please edit again if you can 🙂

    Thank you in advance!

  • How did you solve this problem since the title says “resolved”?

<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>Would you mind telling us? And which CPU version did you have z8350 or z8300? </span>

  • If you go back a few pages, you will see that I gave some heads up regarding aliexpress.

<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>It’s a risky business when it comes to more expensive items and 300-400 usd is expensive imho. Like previous users said: if everything goes well then you are good to go but as soon  as you stumble on any problems,  then e…[Read more]

  • Despite your language, because Vivaldi does NOT support touch so well like edge does.

Edge is smoother in touch mode – whenever you are using it as a tablet.

Vivaldi doesn’t have pinch to zoom and trust me, I have tried all the versions of Vivaldi. I even tried out Maxthon nitro  – which is even faster than Slimjet and doesn’t matter which…[Read more]

  • @Les, how much did they pre-sell it for? I’m just curious.

And I have a question to Chris:

How did you feel when you are browsing (with Edge) on Hi13?  Is that laggy? I saw one of the comment in your video of someone asking that question and I think it’s pretty important to know since almost all of us are gonna use it to internet surf…[Read more]

  • Just wanna give a headsup for you guys regarding Chuwi Official store on Aliexpress.

I ordered Chuwi Hi12 from the same store last year and it was a terrible experience. That guy: “Andy” from Chuwi Official store @AliExpress –  refused to answer on messages on customers and I was not the only one who got this treatment. It turned out to be that…[Read more]

  • How heavy is that keyboard? It says 0.9 kg on Gearbest, is that correct?

It seems like Chuwi Hi13 tablet will be also 0.9 kg so total weight will be almost 2 kg? That’s pretty heavy, isn’t it?

  • Where did you download the Windows iso file if I may ask? And how would Windows 10 register Windows key with this tablet? Or did you use your own windows key (external) ?

  • When did you buy your tablet? I thought that newer batches already have latest BIOS version installed?

This version is supposed to come out in April. The latest version is coming out in June 2016…

So that means you just degraded your BIOS from June version to April version if you bought your tablet recently.

  • Thank you for your link! I have a side question if you don’t mind:

If you don’t use chuwi and have it turned off, how long does this charger take to charge chuwi from very low battery to full battery? Roughly? I just want to compare it to the original charger to see if that makes a big difference before buying, thank you in advance!

  • Which charger and cable would YOU personally recommend for this case – do you mind giving us some links which YOU think is faster charger than the original one which came with Chuwi?

I really need to buy it myself, thank you for your help! 🙂
