Hi, I am having the same issue as everyone else. However, I am not as savvy as most of you being older and not wiser when it comes to technology. In addition, I lost touch screen capabilities only on windows and no idea what drivers to look at to install. (Well I did look at them and tried the recover boot, however, mine does not show a USB drive to link the install too from a USB stick) If anyone has the patients to help a granddad I’m all yours….
