Sorry for the hiatus. Opened up my HiBook myself. Banggood offered me to ship back to repair or a refund of USD30. Both didn’t look good, so i decided to open it up and have a look. Seems like the cells were alright. Didn’t get to test the voltages though as i didn’t have the tools to do so.
Now, it seems that the USB C ain’t charging the device. Cos even it i broke the screen upon opening, there should be a red indicator light for charging.
