No driver is present in windows device management in pen. Since this pen is not a standard microsoft pen, I guess you have to install drivers
Checking in the peripherals drivers I noticed that no teclast drivers exist. Probably in the English version they did not install them. In this video you see that it works.

Yesterday I got the x5 with the pen but it is not recognized as a pen, it only writes when the finger mode is activated.
