Did you check if wifi is OK on Android ?

 

I updated to Windows 10 and stop working on both OS’s a year ago I couldn’t solve the problem

I can’t use wifi on Android but I’m using a wifi dongle on Windows too (USB ports drain a lot of battery on this tablet)

On android I connect wifi via bluetooth (with an access point from the mobile phone), but it hangs when downloading from Google Play.

Yes I did, and with others, but as I said the adapter is dissapeared from Windows and Android too 🙁

Hi, what happened to me is that after the first two times using wifi under Windows the third time I use the tablet had no more network adapter on windows (I must to use a wifi dongle) or android (no wifi icon, no MAC address showed)

Any idea ¿

I’m getting the error of “restore.ini” when I try to restore using double driver, any idea please ?

I’m seeing that in BIOS show I have J1D_S165C_206 (09/24/2015) version.

In Advanced->Boot Configuration shows wifi adapter is Realtek (while in the Windows Device Admin showed it was Broadcom)… and all wifi options are in gray color and I can modify anything (only the Numlock option at that screen)

I buyed the tablet a week ago from Gearbest
