Had the same problem, But could solve it.
- Go to Device Manager and then Disable “realtek rtl8723bs 802.11n sdio wireless LAN driver” (right click on the driver and then “Disable” in contect menu). After that enable it.
- After the device have no warning icons against the driver, goto Network Adapters settings (Windows Settings->Network and Internet->Network Connections) you should see there WLAN (with red cross – means it doesn’t work). Again Disable it and Enable it again. That should fix entire problem.
