i tried that, different cable and different connector, still no loading in windows, android works fine
I tested like 3 different chargers with different Ampere outputs and nothing seems to work. As i said, if its off or in Android Mode it charges. But only in Win10 it seems that it doesnt charge more than it uses. It stays always at the same %.
