United Healthcare has been a decent provider for me overall. Their coverage is fairly comprehensive, and their network of doctors is extensive. However, their customer service can be hit-or-miss, and their patient feedback system could use improvement to better address individual concerns. But for the most part, I’ve been satisfied with their services.
