I updated a dual boot iwork11 to the 1607 anniversary update and it changed everything back to Chinese even though I’ve gone through settings and control panel to try to change it back to US English.  It shows ENG on the notification bar at the bottom of the screen but with a few exceptions, everything is in Chinese.  I tried getting info from the vendor on how to change it back and they don’t seem to know either.  I tried to reset it but it keeps going back to Chinese.  It seems my only recourse is clean Win 10 install but I’m not able to get the BIOS to recognize USB drive for boot.   There is no option to load a boot method (it shows UEFI, Windows Boot Manager, and Android-IA).  I work with Win10 constantly and have been working with MS products for over 30 years but I am at a loss for how to fix this unit. The only good thing I can say right now is I didn’t spend a lot of money on it.

I have worked with the Cube iwork10 without this problem and it is still working well for a low-cost tablet. If anyone has any possible ideas, please let me know or this will just have to be added to the trash heap.
