Yesterday I upgraded successfully my new 64gb dual boot Vi10 pro without any issues.
    I tried the in-place upgrade.
The Get Windows 10 app didn’t work, so i used the media creation tool
    selecting Download Tool Now
After tool installation choose “Upgrade my PC now”,no need to create a bootable usb or disk ,and let it to do the job.
You can even choose to keep your apps and data from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

I tested using a live usb. Neither Android-x86 nor Remix Os work in this tablet.

I tried Windroye as an alternative and it works. I suppose Bluestacks would do the job too.

Has anybody tried the latest version of Remix Os released on 1st of March?

Android-x86 project has announced its partnership with Jide which supports Remix Os.

Also, in Jide website is mentioned that Remix Os is built on Android-x86 project.

Another option , but very similar, would be to try the Remix Os.

There are many videos and tutorials of how to install it.

I would suggest you try a live usb before installation and let us know

in case it is compatible with your tablet.
