Ok a small correction the sd cards were not formatted in FAT32 but they were in exFAT (Windows 10 only formats in exFAT now).

So I got a 64GB card to work as soon I formatted in FAT32 it started working.

So in conclusion if you have a teclast x16 pro/power the microsdcard in ANDROID must be formatted in FAT. So windows 10 user’s be careful.

1. I might try to root it and install a app to push it to lower power settings. Can you recommend one?
2. They are formated in FAT32.
3. The fix you mentioned fixed the touchscreen only in windows am I correct? (It does work ok in windows by the way it is only lagging in android)
4. Did you find a way to always turn it on? Does any one also have this problem?

Unfortunately returning it is out of the question!
