    Oh sorry I should of said I did this on a pipo w2s.  I have a Hi8 also just figured they would be similer .  guess I should try it on both.  Anyway on the pipo the Boot on invalid battery was under advanced settings/android

    Thanks for the responds back and you advice.  I was about to give up myself  but actually found a way.  The way I did it was in the bios under advance setting I changed OS image ID from windows to Android, Also changed Boot on invalid battery to enabled.   And changed boot Priorities to android first.

    From change these couple of setting seemed to work perfect for me exactly what I was looking for.   It boots right up when pluged into power and charges.  When powered down and car off it does nothing, intill power is applied again and boot right up.  No need to push the power button.

    Now I’m not sure from changing the fastboot OEM off-mode-charge 0, from my first post combined with the bios setting helped it all, but it all seems to works great now for me.
