That means u eed to build ir own install version and probably need a license. Last friday i became aware of the service wechat account. They will be bacl by tomorrow, i promise u I will annoy them to out an english version online, but i somehow doubt they will do that…
when I received I was in English and I had no trouble installing the Italian language pack. but it has happened to you after a fresh install?

How did you do that? Which protocol did you follow? Help, please!
I downloaded from Baidu with Jdownloader WINPE_ (U) .zip. Probably the one downloaded from mega.nz has a few bugs. Follow my instructions a few posts back. The image downloaded from mega is ok. Must be in a folder \ images \ the second usb drive. Good luck

The method with 2 USB sticks, didn’t work at all….and downloading the packages was a pain. You need a USB hub for connecting Keyboard, Mouse and bootable USB stick. So this is my solution:
- Flash the tablet clean for Android, make sure is working ok
- Get a Win 10 iso (i used win 10 pro).
- Use Rufus to create an USB bootable stick, containing the above image. The stick has to be formatted FAT32 and GPT partition scheme for UEFI!
- Power Off the tablet and plug in the bootable stick
- Power ON the tablet, and it should boot in to dual boot screen.
- Select Windows to boot into, and you should see the normal win 10 setup screen.
- In Win 10 setup, go and select CUSTOM INSTALL, a window will appear with the available drives and partitions.
- Scroll down and select the Unpartitioned Space. The size of it should be around 32 GB. Press Install, and normal Win 10 install procedures will start.
- Follow all the procedures for Win 10 installation….the device will restart 2-3 times, at the end you will have an working win 10 but without drivers.
- Now you will need an working Android phone that can tether and share his internet connection over USB.
- Use a usb cable to connect your phone to the USB 3.0 port of your tablet, after that, on your phone turn ON USB tethering; you should see on your tablet that a network driver is being installed.
- On your tablet, open internet explorer or edge, and check if you have internet connection….if all OK, then:
- On your table, open Device Manager, and click on all the devices found that do not have drivers (the ones marked with yellow), select Update driver and then ” Search Automatically for an updated driver”.
- You should see progress for downloading and installing drivers.
- Repeat step 14 for every device.
- After you found all drivers, go and download “Intel Driver Update Utility” and run it, it will tell you that it found new drivers for the video card, select only the second one and install it.
- Reboot
- Done….
If you have issues, go again in Device manager and repeat step 13. By now you should have WiFi so no phone need. You need a USB hub for connecting Keyboard, Mouse and bootable USB stick. Good Luck
