    Ok,

    After they sent me a new one, it’s the same story. A little better now but still.
    They told me to use it and after a while it’ll be smoother.
    Can anyone tell me if this is true or not?

    Here is the response from the manufactor of this pen:

In order to resolve the trouble you are facing, kindly advise you would like to accept that we give you more discount to compensate for this problem in your next order ?? you are so kind , waiting for your good news .

    So, I think I am going to return it.
