    This does have a micro-USB port. I just tried using a micro-USB to charge the HiBook and the charging indicator light didn’t blink and the battery icon in windows does not recognize that it is charging. I would have to say that the Chuwi HiBook can not be charged with the micro-USB.

    With a keyboard attached from windows you can get there by holding the shift key and pressing the restart button. At the Choose an option screen, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart. This will bring you to the BIOS screen.
