I searched like you before, but can’t or if we can the charging will very slow. If you want to use OTG cable to use mouse i think you shoud find a bluetooth mouse, to use and charging together.

Plugin a external Keyboard then when loading try to press Delete key or Esc to go to Bios then go to boot tab and choose window manager i don’t remember then save and reset if not re-try and change each others. I think we got 3 boot 1 – android 2- window manager 3-UEFI…….
