I just say that A ME906E could NOT work on this tablet at Windows & at Android.

 

This guy told to me that ME906 may work depending on its firmware, but originally I understood very little this driver/firmware things.

I leave only the fact for THIS ME906E. (From Amazon.JP? It appeared as HP LT4112 on Windows.) It may differ from e.g. Ebay’s one.

There could be some firmware(?) of ME906E in the market, but ME906E(or ME906V) are originally for US/EU. Please try it yourself.

If you find some LTE modules on this tablet, also at Android, I am happy to hear it.

I am not engineer for this. Mmm, I think android needs to have driver&firmware for device. Please wait. One gay would test ME906E today or soon.

Thank you very much for your comment, because I have installed YOUR Android image!

 

And now, THIS 4G card will not work on Android. But it is strongly oriented to japanese band and JUST NOT FOR ANDROID as default. You (US / EU?) can test other 4G card like ME906V/ME906E in your country, because those card could be used on Android (4.0/higher). Also in my blog, some “Hito-bashira”(human sacrifice, gadget volunteer) will test ME906E in japan. I will add it on my blog, later.

 

If someone want to use 4G on Android, they must know if the card support Android. Also the first card that i tested,ANT30MO have GPS Sensor. But the sensor driver didn’t work on Windows 10, and so on;) If someone can do with any module, I am happy to hear such module information, because I visit on US/EU sometimes.

I just wonder if this wifi antenna can be better. .??

Yes. This is the other point that we buy this tablet.

But I did not know how I use 4G/LTE on the Android.

I installed the Mr.Dasher’s android image, but the 4G won’t work as defalt.

I don’t know Android OS well and this is first time for me to use chinese tablet.

In my stuation, I could not enter APN name on android. I don’t know I should take root:)

 

I am interesting of the 4G conversion of chinese tablet. I choose this tablet instead of Teclat X2 Pro, but any other cheery tablet was more better.
