    Hello again,

My touch problem fixed after do this:

    1. Get the drivers in http://techtablets.com/chuwi-vi10/downloads/

    2. Open Control Panel > Device manager

    3. Remove devices below:

    Sensor > BMA2x2
Human Interface Devices > GPIO Button Driver(Name may not exactly same, whatever)
KMDF HID Minidriver for Touch I2C Device

    4. Get the Double Driver : http://double-driver.en.softonic.com/

    5. Open the properties tab of dd.exe from the Double Driver package and do below steps:

Compatibility > Compatibility Mode > Check “Run this program in…” > Set mode to “Windows XP(Service Pack 3)”
Check “Run this program as an administrator” in Privilege Level

    6. Execute dd.exe and do below steps:

Restore > Locate Backup > Other Location > Select path of driver files(Step #1) > OK
Select > None (Uncheck all drivers)
Check “KDMF HID Minidriver…”, “BMA 2×2…”, and “GPIO Controller” > Restore Now

    7. Then Double Driver will install the driver properly and your touch location will be fixed.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    I have exactly same problem.
It seems not a driver reason. I tried to import or restore drivers from brand new vi10 but result was same.
I think there’s some calibration settings exist between driver and system and it’s only available in pre-installed Windows 8.1 with Bing.

We need to keep watching this. Any comments or thoughts will be appreciated.
