Onda’s Xiaoma 21 come close to being one of the best 12.5″ super portable notebooks powered by an Apollo Lake. Performance is great, almost as good as the most powerful Apollo Lake the Tbook Air reviewed on the site. It has an easy access M.2 SSD bay. Top 1080p IPS anti-glare screen, fingerprint reader and very decent build. It’s also 1.09 kilos lights and 12.9mm thin.
However, it’s lacking vital port. A 3.5mm headphone jack and my unit seems to have an issue with the speakers when ever the type-c port is used for charging all sound diverts to the type-c port. So a big issue if you wanted speaker audio and to charge. Or even use your favorite headset and charge at the same time. Below is the full video review, further down you’ll find the rating and pros and cons of this laptop.
