Hi,

I am having the following issues after reinstalling windows:

• Touchscreen does not work (either by hand or using the pen)
•  Rear Camera installed as System Device but not available on camera app
•  On Device Manager, 2 devices are not known.

I tried all of the following:

• Updating Windows to the maximum and every driver it suggested to me
• Using Driver Booster and other driver fetching programs
• Downloading the “drivers” from OneDrive, which turned out to be just a Chinese version of Windows
• Trying to install drivers from other Teclast Tablets hoping it would work
• Trying some custom TouchSettings.gt to see if it worked

 

The status right now is that the touchscreen is installed and recognized in device manager, windows properties also says it has installed touchscreen support,but it does not work.

Prior to reinstalling the OS it worked.

Can anyone help?

Either some tips, a TouchSettings.gt file from a functioning X6 PRO (it is stored under C:\Windows\INF) or a driver backup done with double driver.
