Have you tried to just leave it connected to PC overnight and try to charge it again? I have feeling that the battery is depleted, and the power IC is probably crashed, and must be restarted, however, since the Battery is internal, and it is even soldered directly to the board, you have to find a way to really empty the battery and charge it again, so the Power IC will be rebooted.
