Mine came with factory pasted screen protector.
As for charging, I am able to get more than 2A even though it only states 5V 2A. To be more precise, I was able to get 5.12V 2.39A using my Anker 60W multi port charger(support up to 5V 2.4A 12W in total per port) so I believe it can go higher, which I will test with my S7 Edge charger when I get home tonight.
