Camera Issue

Hey,

after clean install i got the problem, that my front camera remains black and my rear camera is just working fine. Anybody else got this problem?

The strange part is that the camera worked directly after i installed the drivers and i opened the Camera App. After i closed the app and opened it again it showed a black screen. Done a couple of restarts and clean installs already so i’m kinda desperate…

Driver should be OV 2680 10.44.35.407

If anyone could help i would really appreciate it.

Update: Ok, the problem is the newest “Intel(R) Control Logic” driver as mentioned in this thread: https://techtablets.com/forum/topic/driver/

Installing the older driver given by Chris’ Driver Dump in this thread did the trick for me.

You should bring it to the shop to have the camera checked more clearly. i told you that the camera is very easy to fail, I think the sooner you go the better.

It seems like your specific issue is related to a conflict with Intel drivers, and rolling back to an older version resolved the problem for you.
