    Hi, i have a really strange problem with my new Jumper Ezbook 3 Pro v4. I have bought a 256 GB ssd and everything works ok with this storage – i can see it on windows, I can copy files on them, run speed tests etc. The problem started when I wanted install on this drive fresh Windows 10 Pro edition. I have set in BIOS to startup from my formatted pendrive on which was the Windows 10 Pro (I have put the system with two different software: rufus, ultra iso). The system boot from this pendrive, i performed the steps that was shown, finally I go to partition management and create new partition for the new system on this new ssd storage. When press install the windows installer copy files to the partition and then it hangs on checking the files. And this happen every time. I have check it on another pendrives, but still the same. What could it be ??? So I thought that maybe I should try with some Linux system, but here the problem is much bigger. When i boot from the pendrive on which is the linux system (for me it was Ubuntu 17.10, Lubuntu) there is shown just the white cursor. I read that I should change in BIOS the system from Windows to Linux, so I did it. When I have change this option in BIOS,save it and restart, my Jumper didnt display anything, just black screen and blue led light. What was helped me to bring it back to working was to plug Jumper to TV and connect external keyboard (because it has displayed the screen on TV but the built in keyboard does not worked) and have restored the BIOS to the default settings. Now everything shows on Jumper, also the keyboard works. But I still cannot install any operation system. Can anybody help me with this ? Maybe I should downgrade the BIOS ? How can I any operation system on the new ssd ? As I said the ssd works. Every security was disabled in BIOS.

    @Adi Did you solve that?

    @Chupa, are you really using an ezbook 3 pro or an ezbook 3l pro?

    Do you use both?

    i work with a few pc´s jumper 3S n3450 10 and 8.1, thomson n3350 10 and 8.1 , tbao x5 10, sony i3 7, asus i7 8.1, toshiba i5 7, hp stream 8.1

    the retired but still working section include xp and 7 machines even one dell silver /white  what was seen often on the original Stargate where Amanda was Tapping happily on it – or Daniel Jackson.

    oh and hopefully soon back from the repair shop the most beautiful designed laptop sony ever created in rosegold with gold and a very well working sensor what dims the screen and lights up the keyboard just perfect when the darkness falls.

    and yes i know taste is different, that is why my favorite best designed car is a 1955 Citroen DS, well to be honest more the facelift version as seen on the Mentalist.
