Chuwi H13 Stuck on chuwi logo after recovery/reinstall

So I decided to remove all my files and such and reinstall windows through the PC options on my tablet but now when I turn it on all it does is display the chuwi logo with the rotating loading animation. I have no idea what’s going on.

Any advice would be appreciated.

i spend 7 days with a t-bao to get it to work.

the key is to keep on trying from different angles until you win.
