Recently I have got the same problem and one of their employees replied as followed : “my friend, please do not open dispute, it is not a good way to solve the problem, i have confirm to the chuwi factory they will make a software and later you try flash with the new software the problem will be solved, please understand-susan” Let’s hope this flash thing will fix our issues.
Hi Tinnie thanks for the info, in my situation I don’t see how flashing it can help seeing my tablet seems to be completely dead (no lights, nothing) is yours the same?
December 29, 2015 at 2:11 am #20284Hey John, how long did you leave it charging for? I was using 5v 2a charger and after 1 hour, it only charged 10%.
Hi Tommy – at least 8 hours sometimes all night or all day, each time same result nothing.

when you cancell dispute, it will not end your prtection. you will be having few more days of purchase protection or you can open dispute again and ask seller to extend protection time. Today i did same.

December 29, 2015 at 1:31 pm #20381I found out that the charger didnt work very good, so i used another one from one of my other tablets, and now it charges fine. Maybe there is a problem with the charger.

February 8, 2016 at 8:57 am #25370My tablet lasted about 6 weeks. Now, it doesn’t come on anymore. For no reason.
Just when I was planning to get the Chuwi Hi12. I guess I’ll keep my money instead.
