Chuwi HI10 not Booting

Hi All,

I have the same problem. Since last Friday it is not powering on. I tried the entire day but nothing. I thought it was the battery then I let it to charge for 4 hours (the LED has not blinked). I tried to turn it on Saturday but nothing. Then, without pushing the power button, it turned on by itself. Windows had the wrong time and the battery fully charged. I flashed the bios from windows without problems, then I restarted and…anymore…died!

In the tablet there are all my data so I would not send it back. 160$, one month working with problems relating 32bit to 64bit and nothing. Chuwi, are you serious????

My Hi10 is having similar problems. Only that it boots up… eventually. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes of pressing the power button, sometimes 10. Problem seems to be happening more often now. In last 2 days it has done it twice. Is anyone having similar problem or have found a way to fix this?

Does anyone have any news with this?  Seems like Chuwi tablets are ticking time bombs.  My tablet worked OK, with some quirks, for about 2 months.  Now it’s dead.  I kept getting VC Lemon on AliExpress extend my protection for one reason or another.  I still have protection.  Hopefully they take care of me but I doubt I’ll be completely satisfied.
