Hello everyone,
I received my chuwi Hi10 yesterday and I realized that my micro SD not working.
I save all the drivers with Doubledriver and I install a new clean windows, but the problem is still there.
When I insert the SD in the device manager. the “digital storage class controller Secure (SD)” aparait with code 10.
I tried with several “SD card” and none works.
Do you know this problem?
Thank youJanuary 10, 2016 at 1:43 pm #21768I have the same problem!
January 10, 2016 at 2:56 pm #21777Me too. Recognizes only one old card 8 GB, Class 2. Samples in all formats 2 SDHC cards and always I get error code 10. Here in this forum I found a temporary solution: http://bbs.chuwi.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1908&extra=page%3D1%26filter%3Dtypeid%26typeid%3D63
January 10, 2016 at 5:37 pm #21827Could you write here the solution in English please?
I have 64 Gb class 10 microsd.
I have also 8 Gb and I have not problems with this one.
January 10, 2016 at 7:06 pm #21844Well the problem is already known a solution will soon be readily available
January 11, 2016 at 3:48 am #21865I have a similar issue. The tablet refuses to accept my Samsung 64GB Class I SDXC card.
Plopped in an old Strontium 32GB Class 10 SDHC card and it detects it in less than a second.
No problems reading either cards on my PC.
Could this just be a simple driver issue?
My Hi10 actually detects the 64GB card as SD storage, but just doesn’t recognize it as an actual storage volume.
January 11, 2016 at 4:05 pm #21917Perhaps an issue with the exFat format, rather than hardware ? Is the exfat driver service present and started ? Any errors relating to it in Event Log ?
January 14, 2016 at 8:26 pm #22353Any news?
January 16, 2016 at 2:02 pm #22551There is a solution. An updated version of BIOS from 605 to 607 and already discovered my 64 GB card. I did a test with h2testw: writing – 24 mb/s, reading – 47 mb/s.
January 16, 2016 at 6:14 pm #22573@hristo where did you get the 607 bios file from? Do you have a link?
