Hi, I have had my Chuwi Lapbook 12.3 for almost 2 months and it took 2 hours to fully charge the battery (It lasted me about 7-8 hours). I had to reinstall Windows 10 today, I used a microsoft office home install (downloaded from microsoft not Chuwi). The device manager says that I have the battery drivers, but it is taking a rather long time to charge (almost twice as long). The performance and battery settings in the system settings are identical. My current battery drivers are: Microsoft AC adapter (10.0.16299.15) Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery (10.0.16299.15) Can anyone tell me if these are the up-to-date drivers? Many thanks!!
Hello,
I do not have that lapbook, so I would not know if the drivers are updated. Have you tried to install the drivers in the forum?
Chuwi section> Chuwi Lapbook 12.3 https://techtablets.com/downloads-drivers-roms/
Before updating the drivers, back up your drivers with Double Drivers and save them as a backup.
With the same Double Drivers program, you can restore the copy of the drivers. For this you must first enable the installation of unsigned drivers in Windows, if you do not do this, it gives an error when installing.
