    I heard from the seller today, and found out I transposed a number in my ZIP code, so I just caused my own delay… good job Joe! 🙂 This however tells me they really did ship it, because DHL contacted them about the error.

    Good to hear that. How long does DHL take to ship from Chinese sellers to customers?

    I have the same problem: my tab was ‘sent’ on 21.11 (week and a half after 11.11; on 23.11 I received half of my packages ordered on Single’s Day).

    They gave me tracking number for PostNL (I paid for Swiss Post, so I think I will open a dispute, when my Cube finally arrive) but it doesn’t show on tracking sites nor Aliexpress, only on this website: http://global.cainiao.com/ This is the first time I have seen it, so I wouldn’t trust it very much.

     

    The whole promo is weird.

    I wrote to them about this and now I’m waiting for their reply.

    Yeah, I asked them when someone will go to Post Office to send my package (on http://global.cainiao.com/ the only one status I see is ‘order fulfillment complete’) and this is the selle’s reply:

     

    ‘so it is in normal transit, could you please wait for it with patience?
    The most important thing is that you could receive the package safely, do not you think so?

    After sending a message to the seller, I received a new tracking number, which means that the previous one was a fake one most probably.

    On 17track.net it now shows ” Notification of shipment confirmation”, and it is sent as Speedpost from Singapore. My order was through EMS,  I wonder if it’s the same.

    This is a total mess…

    Read my post here if you want to get an idea of the flow of Chinese shipping. It’s an irritating wait, but at least you can get an idea of the timeline it might take.

    I asked them again last night. Now they said they gave the wrong tracking number (trick to buy the time for getting product from their supplier late, I guess).

    The new dhl tracking number is usable. It shows the detail, finally, about the origin and destination with time of received package which is yesterday!!!!!

     

    If you still can’t get the info. from fault teacking number, try asking them again.

    Yeah looks like it! Don’t really understand, if its DHL normally the shipping time is 2-3 working days world wide?

    I have a fake tracking number for the i7 stylus, but the seller continues say to me that is real and correct and to check 2 days later, even if there are past 6 days. What I have to do?

    The new DHL tracking number shows the shipping details that it is in Hongkong now.

    I think the first fake tracking number was used to prevent Aliexpress time out so the seller pretend that they already sent out and the buyer cannot cancel the order.

    Why was this? I guess they didn’t have the huge tablet stocks in hand. When 11.11 promotion ended, they got tons of order so they need sometimes to order from the manufacturer.

    Those are the reasons why they could not ship the tablet in time
