leave it as is. dont talk. i think something not right with seller.

escalate to Ali is after they reject. if you dont want to renegotiate.

I have done that, for a serious bad item

Buyer dispute – seller reject – Buyer redispute – seller reject – escalate – Aliexpress approve my evidence – full refund

A few hours before time ran out, the seller didn’t accept the dispute, with the excuse that in some countries there were logistic problems, so shipping times from 11.11 sale are taking more time, and asking me to cancel dispute and wait patiently.

They’re even attaching a statement from Aliexpress, obviously in chinese (!!), to prove that.

Such a pity I paid so much for EMS shipping and still no signs it’s being shipped.

I’m thinking of escalating the dispute and ask for full refund.

Following up on the Stylus / Pen issues:
I finally got my “stock” stylus from the seller, as they shorted me on it in the original sale. I’m the guy that went out and bought a Wacom-compatible Bamboo Smart pen while I was waiting on the stock one to arrive.

THE STOCK STYLUS IS ABSOLUTE CRAP

I cannot emphasize that enough. It is NOT pressure sensitive. For anyone that is wanting a truly pressure-sensitive stylus for their “i7 Stylus”, spend the $39 on a Bamboo Smart. you can get one on Amazon (http://amzn.com/B01694XUQQ) .. I hope the link is allowed. You can also get it locally at Best Buy if you are in the US, and undoubtedly other retailers.

The only drawback is, the Bamboo Smart is a little larger diameter (feels better in the hand), but will not fit in the slot in the keyboard dock (if you bought one).  So, I’m leaving the crappy stock one in the keyboard dock, just in case I forget the Bamboo and I’m in a pinch.

I wonder what others think? Perhaps others have tried another Wacom compatible pressure-sensitive pen they like as well? maybe one that does fit in the keyboard dock?

since you pay extra, i think escalation does make sense. or you can be paient abit.

I also just received my last receiving order from 11/11 this fittracker, dunno why took so long.

Am I the only one who didn’t receive the tablet yet from the 11.11 sale?? The seller is Shenzen Ele technology.

I already escalated the case, still no response from aliexpress, as if they are also ignoring the issue… Truly unacceptable

yes it fits. tight but good.

Below is what i have tested so far. the dell one is better so far. i change the tip with my wife intuos 3 spring nibs. feels great.

FINALLY, after more than 2 months of wait from the 11.11 sale, I received my tablet! I also had to pay around 90$ of custom taxes!

I ordered the tablet with keyboard and pen, but guess what – the pen box was there but EMPTY!

This has been the worst purchase on Aliexpress so far. Let’s see what they say regarding refunds.

@Kamal I had the same experience with the empty stylus box. I contacted the seller and they sent me one. It took about 2 weeks to get it (In the US). Honestly though, the one they include is crap. Just cut your loss and spend the $39 US on a Bamboo Smart. You will be severely disappointed with the “stock” stylus pen. </2cents>

but yeah most probably you will get that crappy fake one. the original one is supposed to be the similar part as the Samsung G10 pen with eraser.

I bought one of these tablets with all the accessories (pen & keyboard). Pen is not original, just a bad quality copy. I oppened a dispute and negotiate full refund with no shipping back. Seller tries to reject but Aliexpress approve my evidences. Keep fighting, and get your money back! 🙂
