    Hi everyone

My sister wanted a cheap laptop to do some office work and after seeing the rave reviews the Jumper EZbook 3 pro got on this site, I ordered it from Gearbest.

Anyways, I live in Belgium and together with France we’re about the only country that uses the AZERTY keyboard layout. Since I had already done this on a Xiaomi Lapbook Air, I started switching around keys by taking them out of the keyboard and placing them back in.

However, the key “jumpers”, the white things below the keys turn out not to be as sturdy as those in the Xiaomi laptop… I discovered that three of them have actually broken. Those three keys now wiggle around…

Sent an e-mail to Gearbest asking where I can order a few of those key “jumpers”, but they sent a lame standard answer telling me to take a look at the warranty policy.

Does anyone know where I could possible get a minimum of three of those “jumpers”?

    Thanks

I don’t think you can find replacements for the key caps.
I would try to put a very small drop of glue under the cap to solve the problem.

sorry to hear about your mishap, yes the quality is quite different from normal laptops. Try to switch (carefully) with extreme seldom used keys or check from a defect or unused laptop. For the future, it might be more simple with keyboard stickers.
