EZbook 3 pro screen blue strip

Hi, I have the same issue. Mine is blue as well, but you can only see it with light/white background. I am thinking it is a ribbon/connector issue, but I am not willing to fart around with it just incase I make it worse.

Yeah you are lucky that it’s nearly invisible . I dismantle my 3pro and found out that ribbon cable at the connector side is probably broken (it looks like some pins are melt together).

However I didn’t try to repair just yet. If I succeed I will post my result.

first you notify the dealer and ask him for a solution.

it could be a new windows 10 feature, the blue screen of death on the installment plan.

this is not a jumper typical problem so far but non typical jumper problems seem tho creep up on us and Chris should put the EZbook on the not recommended section now. Just tooo much problems and no support except us and no spare parts except dead jumpers.

look on youtube for the blue stripe and see what others recommend.
