Usb 3.0 of ezbook 3 pro is working with usb disk 3.0 but not working usb hdd 1T 3.0.

Any one has same issue like me.

Must use right usb port.

same problem on a 3s. 1tb no go, 0.5tb and 0,25tb work. all with an identical case (electronic).

It might be that the 1tb needs more power than the usb port can handle. You might try an y adapter with 2 usb ports to draw power from both ports but the signal is just connected to one port – or use a powered hub, that should work.

My 2,5” WD Elements 1,5 TB works flawlessly on both ports . It’s probably related to electronic e.g. controller, but not to size 😛
