Does it show up in disc management?
August 14, 2017 at 7:05 pm #70575Unfortunately no 🙁
August 14, 2017 at 9:05 pm #70592In bios maybe?

August 15, 2017 at 6:29 am #70605Where should I search for it in Bios? As in Boot devices I also can’t see it…
My main question is – if this SSD up to spec for this ultrabook? As if yes, probably I just got defective one 🙁
August 15, 2017 at 7:05 am #70606Because I am not a specialist, it’s only suggestions.
In bios, Advanced, NVMe Configuration seems to be able to see SSd controler.
Another possibility: in Windows parameters, Storage, there is a “storage assistant.”

August 15, 2017 at 8:27 am #70613Thank you for the help, tried both variants:
In BIOS under NVMe controller it states – No NVME Device Found
In Windows storage assistant – I’m not able to find my new drive there, or anywhere else… Probably it will be a defective SSD I have received 🙁August 15, 2017 at 3:45 pm #70634It might not be a defective ssd, maybe the laptop doesn’t support the controller although I’m not sure. I have a Sandisk ssd that works fine on another laptop but fails to get detected on Ezbook 3 Pro. What’s your bios version btw?
August 15, 2017 at 4:19 pm #70637Hm… that’s strange…
My BIOS version is 5.12
August 16, 2017 at 1:19 am #70678What about the bios build date? Should be something like 06/22/2017 since you just got the laptop I assume.
August 16, 2017 at 2:29 pm #70693The build date is 03/24/2017 15:55:16
August 16, 2017 at 4:54 pm #70696Exactly same as mine. Possibly bios issue? Most people who got their ssd working have the June bios. Unfortunately Jumper hasn’t release any bios updates as far as I’m aware.
August 17, 2017 at 4:01 pm #70724My EZpad 3 pro have another bios. Realise date 06/22/17.
Problem, I don’t know how to backup or dump it. If someone have a tutorial for Celeron N3350?

August 17, 2017 at 6:06 pm #70729Ok, that’s really bad news, if the issue is BIOS…
Is there any way to update it? As I’m not able to find any… 🙁
Probably thats why they got the flash sale for them when I bought them…
August 18, 2017 at 11:46 am #70746Its really unlucky, my guess is that Jumper didn’t flash the latest bios on some units due to lack of time. Again, it might well not be a bios issue, could just be the ssd being incompatible for whatever reason. If you have another device that supports m.2, you can check if the ssd works on that.
I’m not aware of the correct method to dump the bios and its probably risky to flash it in fear of bricking the laptop.
