    Good day all,

For me, not such a good day.  My ezBook 3 Pro of a few months old started giving blue screens today.  Seems to be related to memory management.

I suspect that I have the version 4 ezbook 3 Pro.  My ezbook 3 Pro has the little latch at the back for the SSD.

I performed a Windows Memory Diagnostic – while the diagnostic is running, on screen it reports that problems were detected but once the machine boost up I can’t find any diagnostic results – usually it’s in the eventlog.  I can’t find any.  So although I’m not sure about this, I suspect that RAM is now faulty.

I opened the back lid of the machine and removed the battery too – does  not seem like there are memory modules that can be replaced.  🙁

Any advice will be appreciated.  I don’t know what to do next.

    Thanks
    Christoff

maybe your jumper did an update?

Try rollback or select a restore point when everything worked

you can do that also before windows boots
