Ezbook 3 pro wifi stopped working(eng/es)

Hello guys, i recently bought a ezbook 3pro i dont know what version, but from nowhere the wifi stopped working, and oddest thing is bluetooth seems fine, i tried reinstalling the wifi drivers but nothing happend, reseted windows nothing happend, pls help i already contacted gearbest.

muy recientemente, compre un ezbook pro3, pero do nada, lo wifi paro de funcionar, aunque no funciona wifi, lo bluetooth funciona, he instalado los driveres de nuevo, nada funciona, ¡me ayuden por favor!

thanks i don’t have anything plugged into my usb ports… i might have to buy one of those cheap usb wifi adapters tho…
