Ezbook 3L Pro boot issue

Hi, I’ve an issue with one of my ezbook. The problem is: when i press the power button the blue led switches on for 3-4 second and after that it switches off. That’s a well known issue, but in my case in 1/10 of the times, the Ezbook boot without any problem. So it works, but with this annoying problem. Can you help me?

ask dealer for partial refund or repair
if refund, convert refund into booze
if problem occurs drink some booze
