Ezbook 3s speaker issue( Can I fix it or replace as new one?)

Hi, I purchased ezbook 3s few weeks ago.

I have a issue that built-in speaker is not working.

I think speaker replacement is the best solution for me.

but I don’t know it’s exact model number and where can I buy it.

(I already send email to jumper support team. but I have not received a answer until now.)

How can I get a info about ezbook 3s built-in speaker model.

I’ll attach photo from techtablet youtube.
