December 27, 2016 at 6:02 pm #59361I did boot it to the bios to boot from a remixOS usb stick… I have tried to clean both connections and no changes…
December 29, 2016 at 8:44 pm #59486Since updating to Windows 10 version 1607 I have the same issue. I really doubt this has to do with a hardware issue. Do you have any devices in the device manager that shows a problem. I dont see any problems there.

December 30, 2016 at 7:21 am #59509I had the same problem after updates, and I attributed it to a defective keyboard. Now, I am not so sure anymore.
This is a problem worth exploring. Nicolas, if I could, I would copy the keyboard drivers from your driver package to my C:\Windows\System32\drivers directory, but there is no way from Windows because unlike the touchscreen drivers, the keyboard drivers are protected from deletion.
December 31, 2016 at 12:38 pm #59567They come from C:/sys32/drivers

January 1, 2017 at 10:06 pm #59655I will install the 1511 Version of Windows 10 tonight to verify again that the old drivers do work there. Then I will update Windows and see if this breaks the keyboard support.
January 3, 2017 at 9:16 pm #59757So, even installing 1511 original Windows 10 does not solve the Problem. The Microsoft signed Driver is always taken. If I overwrite the Driver as you guys mentioned in the recovery console (the only way to do this), the Drivers are not loaded because they are not signed. Switching off Driver signature check did not help to solve this Problem. Any other ideas?
January 12, 2017 at 6:08 pm #60326same problem here. Everything worked fine out of the box (got the tablet on 28th dec.), after updating in background the keyboard isn’t working any more. I tried everything that came to my mind, but nothing worked, even resetting two times…In found a video on youtube from a russian guy who has the same problem after the update, so it must have to do with it…Does anyone have an idea? I’m really frustrated…
February 5, 2017 at 3:49 pm #61642I have same problem. Did anyone get to find a solution yet?
February 6, 2017 at 12:24 pm #61705For me it still does not work. Even Installation with the same Windows Version as the original did not help. I guess, there will be no solution unless Jumper delivers new Drivers for Windows 10 🙁
February 16, 2017 at 12:43 pm #62305Anyone got any idea how to get Jumper to provide keyboard drivers? They don’t seem to have any support available on their website; except by telephone and I don’t fancy that option.

I see they are on Twitter anyone with a Twitter Account fancy trying them there: @Jumper_Computer.

February 16, 2017 at 9:36 pm #62324Thanks Nicolas. I had seen the OEM Contact but as it was for manufacturers I didn’t use it. However I have just fired off an email to it and will await and see if I get a response.
February 16, 2017 at 9:47 pm #62325I just wondering if the problem is definitely a driver issue. Am I right in thinking that if the BIOS had found the keyboard and then there was no driver available to work it then the keyboard would have shown up in Device Manager but with an exclamation mark? Nothing is showing up with an exclamation mark and so that is making me wonder the problem might be a keyboard fault . The connection does seem to be quite secure and it has never shown intermittently at any stage.
