    Got no response from the email – surprise surprise.

     

    As keyboard and mouse will have separate drivers and as both stopped working at the same time then the problem might not be drivers and just might be the ribbon cable in the folding material on the bottom of the keyboard unit. The problem obviously is that without another keyboard to try it won’t be possible to find out.

    I assume no one has been able to test that out?

    1. Register at account at baiduDOTcom , if it is not allowing/working for your country  , short cut as per wwwDOTyoutubeDOTcom/watch?v=5UVGybrhYTk
    2. Drivers address is available at wwwDOTjumperDOTcomDOTcn/download, go to your  your tablet model  and click on download
    3. It will take you baiduDOTcom, from where it can be downloaded after login.

    Thanks for the reply. I had a look at that very detailed video. Hopefully it’ll be the start of getting my keyboard back working again.

    KN,  I had a look at the drivers available for download from jumperDOTcomDOTcn/download via Baidu (which you also have gratefully attached), and none of those are for the keyboard.  Not sure exactly how this is supposed to solve the problem in question.
