Yeah, I should get my Hi12 today as well.  I’m also interested. This is my checklist:

    1. Charge
    2. Stop driver updates
    3. Backup drivers
    4. Get disk partition information for future resets
    5. Update BIOS in case of issues with reboots

    Let’s see…

Arrived. I’ve started to charge it, the red LED is blinking. Will it stop blinking when fully charged?

Don’t update drivers. I’ll do that in case I’ll need to reinstall everything. I’ll need the drivers. Not a needed step, just to be extra careful for the future. You don’t need to do it immediately.

    Ok, thanks.

What serial do you have and what bios was installed?

Q64G45160403662. Haven’t looked at BIOS yet. Touchscreen is terrible, I have to push hard and try three times to make effect. Can’t properly scroll neither.

Are air gaps under glass normal? Any solution to unresponsive touch? Touch keyboard is unusable.

Bad touching under Windows or Android?

Somewhere here in the forum a user posted a trick to make touch better on Windows.

About air bubbles, of course it is not normal… you have to buy a tempered glass one, and once arrived remove yourself. ..

I meant the screen glass, not the screen protector. Bad quality. Bad touch on both of them.

Wow. My new hi12 which has a 05 serial, has already new bios!!! Good!

My touch screen in the middle seems better in Windows than android…

There are two screen protectors: a thicker one (the real screen protector) and a thinner one (an screen protector protector). Look carefully.

I think you’re right, I realized this now. Is it too dangerous to remove the other screen protector?

EDIT: already removed. Let’s see if it is better now.
