- Finally I got a dhl tracking number from geagear best they come from Singapore
December 29, 2015 at 5:35 pm #20414I ordered on GearBest on the 7th of December. Did anyone get a 64 bit version from GearBest? Seems like everyone so far only got the 64 bit version from Aliexpress… And is it true? Can you recognize the 64 bit version by the blue USB port or are there also 64 bit versions with all black USB ports? I really want the 64 bit version.. The customer support of GearBest didn’t answer my question on the 64 bit. They only said they will presumably ship my Hi10 on the 5th of January.
December 29, 2015 at 5:53 pm #20421I got mine from Geekbuying. It’s got a blue USB port and it’s 64bit.
December 29, 2015 at 11:46 pm #20466Anecdotal evidence only, but I’ve never seen anyone (here or on other forums) mention having 64bit Win10 with a black USB3 port, or 32bit Win10 with a blue USB3 port.
December 30, 2015 at 12:35 am #20470well mine says its 64 bits and a blue and black usb port i dont know what is usb3 ._.

The blue USB port would be the USB 3 port. It should be faster than the black port.
Still no luck with my Hi10 from VC Mall, the tracking number still doesn’t show up. Getting the Hi10 has been a disaster for me… đ

Both, I think.
The initial small run batch (for reviewers/testers/early-preorder cusomters) with 32bit UEFI & Win10 were mostly returned to factory by first receiving vendors before more than a handful of customer orders shipped because of screen & thermal issues. Â Factory managed to tweak them in some cases, and replace screen units on others and resent to vendors. Â These all had 32-bit UEFI/BIOS & Windows and black/grey USB3 ports.
Then came a bigger batch – 4 or 5000 units for the expected large number of orders for the Chinese 11-11 & US Black Friday events. Â These were also 32-bit UEFI & Windows and had black/grey USB3.
Then came the batch that’s shipping currently, numbers unknown, with the blue USB3 port – no-one has mentioned any other hardware changes than this small cosmetic tweak. Â While these were being assembled looks like the factory seemed to finally sort out a 64-bit UEFI & Windows install image (software change only – the UEFI hardware is identical) in time to be installed on this batch before they shipped out.
December 30, 2015 at 2:17 am #20478I received today mi tablet. I just turn it on after charging it for about 2 hours.
So far everything looks good. I opened system folder and show it’s 64 bit.
Should I check any other way in order to know if Bios is the same? Please let me know.
Thanks
December 30, 2015 at 2:39 am #20480I hope my Hi10 is 64 Bit, I ordered on Dec 21, and yesterday I got my tracking number,  hope it’s from the good batch hehehehe, and only for the 11:11 has sent them the early bad batch. hehehe

December 30, 2015 at 2:52 am #20485Scratch that, mine just arrived 5 minutes ago with DHL. Different tracking number. I will do my unboxing video soon and report back on USB 3 port color and 64bit yes or no. Fingers crossed, I was told it would be 64bit version.

December 30, 2015 at 3:36 am #20490I can’t find the way to open Android.
Any suggestions?
December 30, 2015 at 3:57 am #20491I am returning mine, as it boots into EFI Shell reporting that it can’t map the boot selection, so I think the hard drive connector is disconnected from the motherboard. I can get into BIOS by typing exit, and I can boot off of USB, but it recognizes no storage device.
Sadly, I’ll probably have to wait another month to get a replacement đ
