    How did you solve this problem since the title says “resolved”?

    Sorry to ask  but why did you edit your post? You gave us the solution before from what I saw last time – with Chuwi hi10 forum, could you please link it again?

    Method 3
    Unplug keyboard and all peripherals
    Press the power key for 2 minutes
    Release key 30 seconds
    Press the power key for 10 seconds
    And there “Miracle”
