    Hello,

    I hope someone can help me with this problem. Unfortunately, I have no computer knowledge so something obvious to you might not be obvious to me 😉

    A while ago my friend installed this SSD into the laptop:

    Since this is installed the laptop sometimes works but 9 out of 10 times I get this screen.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Here another picture of the boot page in Bios. Maybe the SSD is not recognized?

    EZBook 3 Pro not working kingspec 2242 256ssd

    The EZ Pro 3 can be a sensitive with the SSD.  I had a similar problem with another ssd.  I then got a crucial stick and it worked fine.
