I must be enter bios?
Can I do it directly entering the bios or something? or as I do, because when you turn on the tablet, f7 pulse but does anything.
Another thing, when you start the tablet I started directly in windows or android, as the last time where I chose, and not I get the start menu, when the iniciabas gave you a choice of windows or android.
Keyboard use the keyboard teclast page.

Try using a USB keyboard connected through the OTG cable, I’m note sure you can use a bluetooth keyboard before loading an OS. Press Esc or Del to enter BIOS. To boot to the OS selection menu keep volume up pressed and then press power button.
