How to install Mint on Ezbook 3

Hi guys, I’m having a lot of problems with this pc.

I prepared an usb stick (8 Gb) with the Mint 18.1 (xfce) iso with unetbootin (I tried also with rufus, but I had the same problem)
I set the boot priority on the bios but after the restart I keep getting a white cursor on a black screen (the pc freeze, I think) and I can’t figure out how to solve.
p.s. I used the “search button” and I found a topic about this, but that solution didn’t work for me

Mm, not sure, ’cause I’m talking about the Ezbook 3, not the Ezbook 3 pro :/

I mean, there’s no OS Selection in this BIOS
