carles, if it still works for you and there is no need to replace it urgently – wait.

the quality you have now including a fan what keeps it cool and that by 1.8kg is not too bad. A similar quality you can not expect from a 350E model.
read through all the problems the users having with nearly every brand and compare this with your experience.
Right now the n3450 or 4100/4200 is not faster than your i3, i know because i replaced my old i3 2nd gen sony 14″ with a jumper 3s.
It is nice from the reduced weight and the faster h245 decoding, but over all the quality and endurance of my 6 year old sony runs circles around the jumper, thomson and tbao i tried.

my advice – wait for something interesting to show up and check in the forum for problems, then decide.
i for myself replaced the jumper with an 4 year old asus N551jk i had unused lying around because i liked to work with the smaller and lighter sony better.
now i have a 15.6″ 2.4 kg on my lap  and that is the major drawback, but after i tried a lot of newer  and newest computers this is from all i tried the best compromise.
for everything else i have a whisper quiet 4th gen i7 with 8 cores what i can push to 90ºC and it is still everywhere cool enough to have it on the blank knees without discomfort and still the fan is barely noticeable. The sound system is classes ahead of the downwards speaker or the tiny speaker bar what sits in the back and fires at the screen, if i want i can even add the included external subwoofer for a full sound.
It has a nice metal top with backlit metal keys, a matte full hd screen and the 1t hdd has been replaced with a 480gb ssd.
the blueray has been removed and replaced by an empty tray with a sata connection.
it has 16 gb and still runs on win 8.1
I tried win 10 and everything works but I hate 10 and everything it does.
I tried for 3 months to fully run win 7 or 8.1 on the n3450 but it is blocked from ms and intel

for the same tasks the old i7-4710HQ uses only roughly up to 30% more power  than the n3450 and does things where the n3450 has to quit without breaking a sweat.
if I would ever buy another ultrabook, it would be a combination out of tablet and notebook –  with the processor where the screen is and a big battery in the sturdy fixed connected keyboard. It would have 14″ or a bit larger and a  3/4 and not 16/9 screen ratio.

i hope my ramblings gave you and idea, good luck and take time to research. I spend 650e on 3 ultrabooks just so see what does what, how far can i push them and how do they do in the long run.

it is all posted at the help link below
