Installing Goodix touch drivers on Teclast X4

Hi there, folks!

I’m looking for help for installing the goodix touch drives on the Teclast X4. After I did a fresh install of Windows 10 deleting all partitions from the SSD, I guess the system is not able to find a HID Compliant Touch Screen Device entry under Device Management (probably because Windows does not recognize my tablet as such, since there’s no OEM attached to it anymore), and therefore I cannot install the Goodix drivers to re-enable the touch functionality of the tablet.

Has anyone faced this issue before, and how was it solved?
